Lunch & Nutrition
We are able to prepare a cold lunch plan that can be provided to your child at an additional fee. For child safety, parents who provide their lunch to campers daily, are reminded to always enclose at least one cold pack to lunch coolers.
One crucial aspect of outside athletics during the summer is staying hydrated. With this in mind, all of our camps are equipped with a hydration station where filtered water and low-sugar energy drink mix packets are readily available throughout the day. Campers are encouraged to access the these facilties at will. Coaches also take hydration breaks during the respective drills and conditioning sessions.
Each camp has a two designated snack times throughout the day, one in the morning and afternoon. Refreshments including fresh fruit, dry cereal, health bars, juice, energy drink mix and filtered water, are available to campers. These goodies are provided as part of your child's enrollment.
Health consciousness is an important theme for Wiz Kids Sports Camps. As such, we are proud to exclusively offer the freshest organic and natural foods to camp participants. Lunch and snack time plans are prepared under the advisement of a National Food Board counselor. We also spare no expense to cater to the special needs of any child including vegan, diabetic, kosher, allergies, and vegetarian.
